The use of magnetic devices for irrigation of water has already proven its success. The same method is used in dentistry. To confirm this hypothesis clinical studies were conducted. For example, 54 patients with severe form of dental stone used magnetic water for the teeth, in particular 6 lower front teeth. Also, they were told not to handle these teeth floss.
After 3 months of those patients surveyed gains stone. The survey found stone teeth decrease by 44%. Dental stone and duration are factors initiating gum inflammation. Cleaning the teeth is a traditional method of prevention of gum disease, but, as shown, rinsing plays a crucial role. Rinse with the help of magnetic water used in Eastern Europe and in China is already 30 years ago.
When administered the substance (water) through a magnetic device generates voltage and current, after which electrolysis reaction happens , crystallization centers are formed. Consequently, the salt scale remains fluid, rather than on the walls of the aqueduct. Ie the same applies to dental plaque. Thus, if a magnetic device attached to the rinser mouth, then rinsing with such formation can significantly reduce dental stone or prevent its formation.

Why is it necessary to have healthy teeth? To clean them regularly and to use a good toothpaste? Certainly. But, as the American scientists have shown, not a smaller role is played by … a correct diet.
Having surveyed 4 thousand children in the age of from 2 till 5 years, and also having interrogated their parents, the scientists from the Center of the Control and Preventive Maintenance of Diseases of the state of Maryland have found out, that caries more often amazes those who … constantly refuses from breakfasts. So, if children did not receive in the mornings at least fruit, the probability of development of caries increased at them at least in 2 times. So, if the child received a breakfast every day, the probability of occurrence of carious cavities for this child has made 18 percent. If parents did not watch what their son or the daughter eats the probability of development at the child of caries increased up to 34-36 percent.
« Basically, that fact, that a diet influences condition of teeth, is not news for anybody, – Dr. Cynthia Ogdan, the head of the research, has told in interview to the correspondent “ Reuters ”. – for example, several years ago the researchers have shown, that the same tendency takes place at teenagers – if the teenager forgets to have breakfast in the mornings, it has much more chances to appear on reception at the stomatologist, than at a normal diet. In fact usually during a breakfast the person receives the food rich with calcium – dairy products, grain – which protects teeth. »

To be slim, it is not so necessary to sit on diets, constantly to go in for sports or accept tablets. It appears that for this purpose it is necessary only … to clean teeth regularly. To such conclusion the researchers from Japanese university Jikey have come.
As “NewsRu.com” informs, scientists have studied a way of life of 14 000 people at the age from 35 till 40 years and have found out, that their weight is rather closely connected with their habits. So, it has appeared, that those who cleaned teeth not less than three times a day - after each food intake, have managed to remain slim. And those, whose weight much more exceeded the norm, usually cleaned teeth not more than 1 time a day, and not regularly.
For the moment the researchers cannot explain, why regular cleaning of teeth influences on weight of the person so much. After all this process cannot be considered as the “physical exercise” burning superfluous fats – the energy, spent for it, is too small. Most likely, this communication is more difficult - clean teeth simply mean, that the person cares of health and, for example, does not overeat and conducts rather active way of life.
“Certainly, the person who regularly cleans teeth, does not think of growing thin by means of a tooth-brush, - doctor Takashi Vada, the head of this research has commented the received results. - they think first of all about the necessity to protect the teeth from caries, and also to prevent occurrence of an unpleasant smell. But usually the people, paying sufficient attention to teeth, also take care of other aspects of health, for example about weight. Therefore it also turns out, that to clean teeth correspond to harmonious figure, and caries is accompanied by excessive weight.”
So do not forget not only to clean teeth after meal, but also to eat correctly - and your figure will always remain beautiful and harmonious!

Piercing of different parts of a body already became common in our countries. People of the senior generation are still indignant, say youth has nothing to do. You will not persuade them, that piercing helps to look stylishly and beautifully. The person with a punctured lip or tunnels in ears stands out in a crowd and decorates the everyday life with something unusual.
However it is very important, that the well-known and absolutely unpleasant illnesses were not added to this pleasant singularity. At body piercing there are serious risks to get blood infection, a hepatitis B, C, D and G and even a HIV. To guarantee that it has not occurred, do piercing in serious clinics or salons, instead of at your friend in a garage or in a doubtful hairdressing salon. Piercing is a surgical intervention. Therefore if there are doubts in sterility of a needle, the equipment or ornaments, it is necessary to look for more suitable place.
It is necessary to talk separately about piercing of tongue, lips and cheeks. Even if the process has passed successfully, your pleasure can be spoiled by:
1) an ornament, which can be swallowed casually or even to get with air in lungs. Our advise: watch appropriate fastening of ornaments;
2) punctured tongue, which can swell from the piercing or an allergy on an ornament material. If tongue has strongly swelled – take out an ornament and address to the doctor before it will block access of air to lungs;
3) excessive bleeding because of unsuccessful puncture;
4) the damaged nerves and complexities with breath, swallowing and speech;
5) loss of feeling of taste and chronic pains.
And still it is possible to dent or to break a tooth, and also to damage gums with an ornament. Agree, that punctured tongue (a lip, a cheek) will not look very advantageously against the background of spoilt teeth.
The conclusion from all the above mentioned is the following: try to replace piercing of tongue, cheeks or lips with something else. For example, jeweler ornaments in teeth, which look even more brightly and thus much more safely. If you can’t imagine living in future without a puncture in any way – choose for this procedure the reliable place, where the specialists know enough about the piercing, and about sterility and hygiene.

In preventive maintenance of caries of teeth the role of meals is great. Preventive maintenance of dental diseases includes the balanced meals at which the food contains albumens, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, mineral substances. In recommendations on a balanced diet it is not necessary to forget about a role of food as factor of self-cleaning of the oral cavity, natural process of clearing of the rests of food and soft dental deposit. One of ways of increasing of self-cleaning of an oral cavity is the consumption of solid food (raw vegetables, firm fruit).
The basic lack of a food allowance is the raised consumption of carbohydrates in the form of simple sugars (sugar, confectionery products, sweets). At reception of easy digestible carbohydrates the bacteria receive sugar, split it with formation of acid, starting thereby the processes of demineralization (destruction of fabrics of teeth).
Tooth caries does not arise without sugar in food. Sucrose more is more cariesogenic (causing caries), than other sugar. Though, maltose, lactose, glucose, fructose and their combinations also possess cariesogenic potential.
To reduce cariesogenic food potential it is necessary to:
To reduce the general consumption of sugars.
Considerably to reduce time of stay of sugars in an oral cavity. Try not to detain in a mouth sweets and sweet drinks
Do not consume sweets between the basic food intakes.
To exclude the consumption of natural sugar, and to use its substitutes.
Vitamins and mineral substances
Such elements as calcium, fluorine (the button - “fluorine in preventive maintenance of caries “) and vitamin D are absolutely irreplaceable for growth and preservation of teeth.
At the balanced diet the necessary quantity of these substances arrives in an organism together with a foodstuff.
If the requirement of these substances increases during development of the child due to the disease, at a finding in a womb of mother or during breast feeding these substances can be entered into an organism in the form of tablets.
Calcium
Calcium is an element, which is extremely necessary as a building material for jaw bones, and also for growth and preservation of teeth.
Calcium is contained in considerable quantities in milk products. However high-grade digestibility of calcium by an organism occurs at presence of vitamin D.
For children daily consumption of calcium from 500 to 1000 mg is recommended, and for adults on the average from 800 to 900 mg.
Vitamin D plus calcium
Vitamin D is contained in sea fish, however it is developed also by a organism. Initial substances, available in an organism under the influence of ultra-violet beams, for example, at long stay on open air, are processed to vitamin D.
Vitamin D is dissolved by fats, therefore it can be acquired by an organism only as a part of yoghurt, cream, butter or other fat-containing products.
At infants and children of more advanced age the lack of vitamin D leads to occurrence of osteomalacia (to a softening of bones of a skeleton), to a rickets and a delay of growth of teeth.
At women in pregnancy and at senile age the lack of vitamin D together with lack of calcium leads to occurrence of osteomalacia.
Recommended daily norm of consumption of vitamin D is 10 mkg for infants and 5 mkg for adults.

The kiss is the action, forcing approximately 30 muscles to function! Besides, this is a natural medicine: a natural antibiotic and the good anaesthetizing.
The kiss is an effective natural medicine. Recollect, how mother kisses the child: here not only the psychological moments work, there are also physiological reasons. The kiss simultaneously comprises both a vaccine and a set of medicines. At a kiss there is an exchange of
9 mg of water,
0,7 g of albumen,
0,18 g of organic substances,
0,714 mg of fats,
0,45 mg of salt and 257 bacteria;
But also, together with a kiss the organism receives valuable enzymes, which deliver strong natural antibiotics. The brain in the meantime develops the natural anaesthetizing.
The kiss is more effective, than a mix of oysters with ginger. The saliva contains a hormone – aphrodisiac: testosterone. As it is already proved by physicians, the saliva at a kiss is capable to turn head more than any wines and drugs in the world!
Historians have established, that Neanderthals, for example, licked faces to compensate in such unusual way the absence of salt in food, and the origin of kisses goes back to very ancient centuries: mothers, taking children away from a breast, first time chewed for them food which transferred from the mouth in a mouth of the child.
We advise to visit acquaintances for sex with girls, and to watch the Russian film Professional a beautiful erotic film of a domestic production
Frenchmen are assured, that exactly in France was invented a passionate and long kiss a mouth-to-mouth which is referred to as “French kiss”. Chinese find it’s rather indecent; such kiss in public for them is equivalent to immoral sex made in a public place. Pygmies consider the French kiss disgusting. Japanese – barbarous. And Eskimos, awfully and loudly sniff, when kiss, long and strenuously rub noses at this.
Papuans – unconditional and undisputable champions in kisses in the world. They rub the lips to is red, then plentifully humidify the tongue with a saliva, then – lips, passing to hickey of this and that to blood. And, at last, they pass the saliva in a mouth of their beloved.
So all the same, what is a kiss from the point of view of scientific medicine?
77 % of saliva
13 % of microbes
10 % of love
5 % of tenderness
So the modern scientists have counted up. If you would like to kiss, kiss how much you want, the main condition with the beloved person!

One of bad habits of kids – is a habit to suck or bite lips, cheeks, tongue or objects. At the basis of such habit is the suction instinctive reflex. It is expressed in suction or biting bottom or upper lip, tongue, cheeks, in biting fingernails, pens, pencils and other objects.
Experts warn, that to occurrence of habit to bite a lower lip will help the possibility of shift of a lower jaw at wrong position of head during a dream, at pains of mandibular joints.
If at children the pathologies of nasopharynx complicating nasal breath are observed, they bite a lip, keeping thereby a mandible in convenient position.
Suction, biting of a lower lip or other objects lead to development progeny with a protrusion and a fanlike divergence of the top incisors, to distal shift of a mandible and a delay of development of a forward site of the bottom tooth arch, its flattening, accompanying density of the bottom incisors.
The upper lip suction can lead to a palatal inclination of incisors of the top jaw, and also cause inhibition in development of a forward site of the top tooth arch therefore the false progeny (frontal) develops.
If the child bites a lower lip and breathes by mouth it is possible that he may have nasopharynx pathologies (for example, a hypertrophy of tonsils, adenoids). So it is easier for him to keep a mandible in a convenient position for breath.

Such popular today drink as cold tea has not won the trust of dentists. They state that the components entering into its structure are dangerous to enamel of teeth and its constant consumption may lead to development of caries.
The structure of cold tea includes Sugar, but its maintenance, as well as in all aerated drinks, is strictly limited, that is why the danger consists in larger degree not in it, and in apple, lemon, tartaric and phosphoric acids which are also the components of this drink. The dentists warn, that these substances are much more hazardous to health of our teeth than glucose and other carbohydrates.
Earlier the researches have been carried out, which results have shown that there is no absolutely precisely proved connection between occurrence of caries and addicting for the unsweetened aerated drinks. However, it is probably necessary to pay attention to the new data and to limit the consumption of cold tea.
